Help, is this a melanoma ?

A few days ago I found a little raised bump on my arm, like a mosquito bite with a small red dot on it, over the past couple of days it has become very dark and grown into what looks like a misshapen, malignant freckle, but it’s as flimsy as a scab. should I go into a walkin clinic tomorrow? I’m kind of paranoid about skin cancer, the idea of it metastatizing scares me.. and I have a misshapen freckle on the back of my left arm that was supposed to be checked out months ago but because it’s on the back of my arm, promptly forgot about :/ I”m experiencing PCOS symptoms could it be related? Am I just paranoid, a hypochondriac? Sorry this is so long, I’m kind of freaked out. I’m 20, btw, if that’s of any consequence

even the possibility of having a biopsy freaks me out. billions of times better than an autopsy, though

You need to see a doctor sooner rather than later. If you go to a walk-in clinic they will send you straight to the hopsital for a biopsy, if what you are describing and what I am picturing are the same thing.

So, you might want to save the time and expense, and go directly to the ER, assuming you have medical insurance.
