Is there a place to put my valuables? We provide lockers for you to change and put your clothes in. You may change in the room if that is your preference. While our lockers lock, they are not meant to store family heirlooms or other valuables.
Should I wear anything during my massage? Many people choose to receive massages sans clothes; however, you may keep your underwear on if it allows you to more fully relax.
Why are they talking about products during my facial? Your therapist will recommend home care products during your facial. They are extremely important in maximizing the benefits of your treatment (we like to compare facials without home care to regularly steam cleaning your carpets without vacuuming in between). The intent is to educate, so that if you prefer product lines other than what we offer, you will know how to shop. Of course, if you dont want to hear about products at all, please let your therapist know.
Why are the supplements not included in my facial? As part of your facial treatment, there may be other therapies, or supplements, that are recommended to further address your particular skin. While all of the facials use cleansers, exfoliants, masks and moisturizers that are tailored to your skin type and are very effective, there are sometimes other more targeted or more aggressive options that may be suggested depending on your needs. To include these in the therapies offered would be cost prohibitive and not applicable to everyone. Further, some of the supplements - waxing for instance - are offered for your convenience. Your therapist will inform you of any additional charges.
Do I have to change into a robe? For most of our treatments, we recommend changing into a robe, which you can do in our changing facilities. The exceptions are for waxing, where you will most likely remain in your clothes, so wear whatever you think is appropriate. However, if you are receiving a massage or facial and don't want to change into a robe, you are welcome to change in the treatment room.
What should I wear or bring? We recommend you wear whatever you are comfortable changing in and out of. If you are receiving Botox Cosmetic, Dermal FIllers, or a waxing treatment, you will probably not be changing into a robe so wear clothes that allow easy access to the appropriate areas. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body gels, hair dryers and other various sundries for your use.
